Oh - I forgot to tell you one more thing about the truffles. They're mushrooms, not chocolates. Like the kind you read about coming from Italy and France. These are from Oregon and compared to the European version, I think they're just as fabulous. (And more affordable.) I try to get mine fresh when they're in season. The TruffleZone people have been at the Beaverton farmers market in the past, and I'm hoping they'll be there again this year.
